Update Day - November 2

November 2nd, 2005

So, new today is an updated, swankified Muck page that is going to put me right out of business. I’m so redundant i’m redundant. There you can find pretty much everything I have here, only in a cooler format. *sigh* And what happened to the nifty Lucky maps?!

Anyways, the wonderful PMs who are making me oh-so redundant have also updated the front page with a new fancified movie. To get there, go to the Home Page and click on the giant gun (this will also drop you off at the muck).

In updates this week, we had a phone call, a 1-800 number to call and talk to a live person to save Matt Viet, a puzzle where we overlaid images to get a new character name, aaaand I’m sure I’m forgetting something. Oh right, Poker with Pancho.

There’s also a Tournament this evening for last week’s Winner’s Circle and this Saturday is a Live Event in New York City (which I’ll be attending - NEW YORK BITCHES!).

I’ll get the story updates taken care of ASAP, but I had a big qualifying exam for my PhD today (PASSED!) and I’ve had enough to drink that I’m getting sleepy.

Update Day - October 29 - Character List of Updates

October 31st, 2005

The Live Graveyard Games in Kansas City pulled us further back in time and west in place, to Mexico, 1914 during World War 1 and Dios de los Muertes.

The site has a bit of an Ole! flair and I’m humming and singing “Ring of Fire” because I think that silly little trumpet line goes well with the setting. The pictures are hilarious, we have George Patton and Pancho Villa, and I swear upon all things holy, my avatar has the worst wig evar! (Seriously, the ones from 1929 were pretty bad, but this one?!? OMG! It’s so white it puts albinos to shame! It just screams “bad Halloween costume.” )

The poker chips have gone from art deco coolness, to uhm, I dunno. Patriotic glory? *sings “Ring of Fire” more* Much more of this reliving of American glory and I might turn Republican. Here’s me crossing my fingers for more tales of the dirty underbelly.

Here’s the list of characters and their updates for the day. The stories, as usual, will come when I am less tired (a.k.a. Tomorrow).

October 24th, 2005

The location for Graveyard Games in Kansas City has been announced as the Historic Elmwood Cemetary (4900 Truman Road). Players should arrive at the gates around 1:30-2:00pm Central to meet up with Lucky’s liason.

Following the tournament, there will be a toast to those underground at Eastsiders Bar and Grill (7321 E Truman Rd).
